Spotlight networking

The main meetings are now at Pantruthyn Farm, Pencoed just off Junction 35 behind McDonalds.

At Spotlight it’s all about everyone helping each other become more successful at what they do, it’s about growing your network, it’s about building better business relationships.

Since the first lockdown pushed us to online networking, and then we had to find a new networking home, the plan going forward is to build a the Pencoed meeting and then open a Swansea and a Cardiff meeting.

• You don’t have to bring a guest (but please ask other great businesses to attend)
• Be yourself if you wear jeans and t-shirt to work feel free to do the same (but remember it’s still work, beachwear or PJ’s may be going a little far)
• Try to be on time and put phones on silent
• If the meeting involves a business pitch feel free to stand up or by all means sit down if that makes you more comfortable
